RETURNS

We accept returns within a 30-day period. All merchandise must be in original and un-opened condition with no damage to the product or packaging.


WARRANTIES 

All our cartridges are manufactured using precisely matched new and reconditioned components. We warrant our compatible cartdidges against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the manufacture date (located at the bottom of the box). In the event of failure during the warranty period, the cartridges must be properly packed and returned to us.

Print quality returns should be supported with enclosed print samples displaying the problem. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Any damage caused to the cartridges due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or unauthorized tampering voids all warranties. 123 Ink Company will not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or consqeuantial damages, including lost profits.
